MISSION STATEMENT

The Goofy Goat Soap Company was started in the Dominican Republic to provide jobs, milk, and meat

to the people in the villages of Las Galeras, Los Tocones and El Rincon. We will always use sustainable,

eco-friendly ingredients. We want to do our part to keep the world, and especially this beautiful area of

the Dominican Republic, as God intended it. Last but certainly not least, we will make wonderful skin

care products.

We are accomplishing our mission in a variety of ways:

Goats! We partner with Dominican families to get them goats. We take 3 of our goats, 1 male (Macho)

and 2 females (Chivas) to a Dominican family to raise. When the Chivas kid, we share the kids.

Depending on the number that are born, we keep 1 and give 2 to the family. This is the payment for

their taking care of our goats. We continue to grow the heard with each family. The family can use their

goats for milk, meat or sell. With our goats, we start the process over with another family.

Goat milk soap!. The skin care benefits of all-natural goat milk soap are well documented and covered in

more detail at www.goofygoatsoap.com. We buy goat milk soap from the families that are raising the

goats and with that make our all-natural soaps. This provides a market for the milk as well as creates

jobs in the marketing, making, packaging and shipping of Goofy Goat Soaps. We currently make and sell

soaps in the Dominican Republic and at our home in Willard Utah, USA.

Accessories!. As we grow, we will continue to add products that fulfill our mission. One such product is

our Bamboo Soap Trays. Bamboo is one of the fastest growing plants in the world and is in great

abundance on the Samana Peninsula. Bamboo is a wonderful wood for soap trays because it is Eco-

friendly, and very durable in water. Each soap tray is hand-crafted by one of our Dominican friends. He

hand-cuts the bamboo and shapes it into a beautiful soap tray. This is a great addition to our all-natural soaps
